The role Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Advisor will be responsible for the timely processing and payment of invoices and other AP payment requests, including but not limited to:
- Invoice verification and validation (including exception handling).
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Query resolution.
- Telephony support.
- Payment processing.
You have Solid experience working within a complex and challenging Accounts Payable function. An awareness of principles, practices, regulations and procedures relating to Accounts Payable and be able to contribute positively to the overall direction of the Accounts Payable function. Proficient in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel and excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with Finance IT and payment systems (Preferred Oracle experience).
