Job Responsibilities
- Process purchase ledger transactions in collaboration with existing part-time support, ensuring accuracy and timely input into accounts software and CRM systems.
- Input supplier invoices efficiently while resolving any queries that arise, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers through considerate communication.
- Reconcile supplier statements regularly, identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate action to ensure records are up-to-date.
- Prepare weekly payment runs via BACS, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain cash flow integrity.
- Manage sales ledger activities including retail and contract sales invoicing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company procedures.
- Undertake credit control duties by monitoring outstanding balances, issuing reminders, and liaising with clients to facilitate prompt payments.
Experience Needed
