Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims in line with company procedures.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Prepare and process bank payments; record incoming receipts.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements and internal company accounts.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain accurate records across spreadsheets, ledgers, and finance systems.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports.
  • Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other ad hoc finance duties as required.
  • File and organise financial documents, ensuring compliance with audit and company standards.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting support role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

What you’ll be doing:
My client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can assist with maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and supporting financial controls and reporting processes.
