Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims in line with company procedures.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare and process bank payments; record incoming receipts.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and internal company accounts.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate records across spreadsheets, ledgers, and finance systems.
- Support the preparation of financial reports.
- Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and other ad hoc finance duties as required.
- File and organise financial documents, ensuring compliance with audit and company standards.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting support role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
