Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of month end journals such as payroll, accruals and prepayments.
  • Processing invoices/payments- ensuring suppliers and customers are paid on time.
  • Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Inter-company charges
  • Prepare and submit VAT Returns
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that will streamline reporting processes.
  • Provide bespoke financial analysis reporting requirements.
  • Ad hoc duties to assist finance department as and when needed.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience of transactional finance
  • Comfortable working to challenging month and quarter deadlines.
