Your new company
Our client is looking to recruit an accounts assistant on a 6-month interim basis to be part of a large finance team.
Your new role
You will be part of a team responsible for processing and preparing accounting and payment transactions in line with internal controls and compliance standards. Coordinate daily processing of end-customer payment transactions. Manage invoicing and commission calculations. Perform reconciliations and resolve queries within agreed timescales. Collaborate with internal teams to support finance operations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in ledger and journal work, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the confidence to handle high-volume transactions with precision. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with the wider finance team. Good systems skills, including Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
