Summary: The role of Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper involves supporting a dynamic finance team within a large international media merchandising company. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier and client invoices/payments and entering this data into Xero.
- Chasing payments.
- Supplier account reconciliation.
- Creating new supplier forms.
- Petty cash reconciliations.
- VAT returns.
- Processing inter-company transactions.
- Multi-currency bank reconciliation.
- Managing the inbox.
- Employee expense claims.
- Producing a weekly cash flow report.
Key Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in AP and AR.
- Intermediate Excel and Xero.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
