Key Responsibilities:
- Review workflows for accounting firms (onboarding, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, self-assessment, year-end accounts, etc.)
- Suggest improvements to align the platform with real-world accounting firm operations
- Help validate features and identify missing capabilities
- Provide feedback on our Practice Management & CRM platform
- Share insights on tools currently used by UK firms (Karbon, Senta, Pixie, etc.)
- Participate in periodic product feedback calls
Key Skills:
- Former or current Practice Manager / Operations Manager in an accounting / bookkeeping firm
- Consultant or advisor working with accounting and bookkeeping firms
- Strong understanding of practice management software and workflows
- Experience with tools such as Karbon, Senta, Engager, Pixie, BrightManager, Xero Practice Manager, or similar
- Familiarity with UK accounting practice operations

UK Accounting Practice Expert / Practice Manager – Product Advisor (Contract / Freelance) We are building a next-generation Practice Management & CRM platform designed specifically for accounting and bookkeeping firms in the UK , and we are looking for an experienced Practice Management Consultant to work with us during the product validation and refinement stage. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience working inside an accounting or bookkeeping practice , or someone who has consulted with accounting firms on workflow, operations, or practice management software .
