Your new role You'll be doing : Year-end accounts Management accounts. VAT returns. Mentoring junior staff (if you're the mentoring type). Talking to clients like a human being, not a spreadsheet.

What you'll need to succeed ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or just really good at what you do. You know UK accounting regs. You can use Xero, Sage, QuickBooks. You manage your time. You can explain numbers to people who don't like numbers.
