Key Responsibilities:
- Work with service managers and senior leadership to develop and deliver accurate financial strategies and forecasts.
- Lead on key budget areas and financial modelling, ensuring sound financial management and accountability.
- Provide insightful analysis and financial advice that influences real-world decisions affecting communities.
- Coordinate budget setting, monitoring, and the closing of accounts in line with statutory deadlines.
- Deliver training and support to non-financial managers, and act as a financial mentor and supervisor to team members.
Key Skills:
- CCAB-qualified accountant or AAT with extensive relevant experience.
- Solid track record in budgeting, closing accounts, business case development, and financial systems.
- Able to present complex financial information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key duties
- As an integral member of our finance team, you'll:
