Summary: As the Account Resourcing Lead, you will oversee workforce planning and demand management, acting as a crucial liaison between delivery, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders. Your role will ensure that resourcing strategies are aligned with financial, operational, and contractual goals. You will be responsible for optimizing workforce efficiency and providing insights on resourcing performance. This position requires DV clearance and is site-based in Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end resource planning and demand management for the account
  • Work with delivery and account leadership to forecast demand and identify skill requirements
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of roles
  • Track and manage headcount, utilisation, and hiring pipelines
  • Drive workforce optimisation, including redeployment, bench management, and succession planning
  • Support hiring approvals, governance, and alignment with workforce plans
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on resourcing performance, risks, and gaps
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement and automation

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or talent management within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and delivery models
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and drive decisions

The Role
