Position Title : Account Performance Manager, Strategic Casting & Organic Growth

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on Account Performance Manager to lead campaign casting, organic influencer strategies and campaign performance across some of LTK Europe’s most high-profile retail partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution- perfect for someone who can think big about performance and organic growth, while still staying on top of delivery by managing briefs, contracts and creator relationships directly. You’ll act as a key link between the Brand Partnerships and Creator Success teams, ensuring that every campaign- across paid and organic - drives measurable commercial results. Success in this role will come from building structure, driving cross-team collaboration, and using performance insights to continuously optimise campaign and creator outcomes.

How You Will Make An Impact

Campaign Strategy & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Brand Partnerships team & clients to design and execute creator campaigns that blend creativity with data-led strategy.
  • Support account strategy development on major accounts and ensure client decks and deliverables reflect best-in-class storytelling, structure, and data.
  • Take ownership of performance-driven innovation, testing new casting mixes, incentive structures, and organic growth tactics.
  • Lead quick-turn activations (e.g., 24-hour IG Story campaigns), balancing speed with quality and brand alignment.
  • Confidently push creative boundaries with clients — making strategic recommendations grounded in data even outside their initial brand remit.

Strategic Casting & Campaign Execution

  • Lead influencer casting with a strategic, data-informed and commercial mindset — balancing top-performing creators, brand-fit influencers, and emerging talent.
  • Partner with Creator Success (CS) to identify, coach and nurture influencers toward high organic potential, ensuring campaign spend is optimised towards proven performance.
  • Develop and maintain a structured process for mini castings by vertical, ensuring the right creators are representing key retail categories (e.g., beauty, fashion, lifestyle, sports).
  • Champion inclusion of top UK creators across major campaigns — ensuring LTK talent is consistently represented in high-visibility activations.
  • Maintain visibility on both paid and organic content output, tracking how creator performance impacts wider commercial goals.
  • Manage creator contracting, communication, and rate negotiation to ensure clarity and alignment across all campaign deliverables.
  • Manage bonus or incentive schemes for creators (organic and paid), aligned to performance thresholds and commission metrics.

Performance & Insights

  • Work with available data and sales teams to translate performance insights into actionable creative and casting recommendations.
  • Champion a "test and learn" approach — experimenting with casting mixes, creative formats, and incentives to continually drive efficiency.
  • Surface insights on organic performance growth and analyse campaign data to identify scalable opportunities, surface high-performing creators and new talent opportunities for brands.
  • Represent campaign performance and insights in internal and client meetings with confidence and commercial clarity.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the primary operational bridge between Campaign Execution, Brand Partnerships, and Creator Success, ensuring campaign goals and expectations are consistently aligned and seamlessly executed.
  • Champion collaboration between teams — turning strategic client objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Act as a creative problem-solver, balancing client objectives with creator authenticity and community trends.
  • Support and mentor junior team members (Account Coordinators) to drive structure, accountability, and delivery consistency.
