Summary: The role of Account Manager - Terrorism involves supporting brokers and associates in the Crisis Management team with account coordination, technical documentation, and client communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Support brokers and account managers by producing slips, endorsements, and essential documentation.
- Act as a point of escalation for colleagues within the team, and support the continual development of the Terrorism account management team.
- Maintain accurate, consistent data on internal systems for workflow and reporting.
- Collaborate with TSG and IBA teams to ensure timely invoicing, chase outstanding premiums, and facilitate insurer payments.
- Review and send accurate documentation to clients.
- Assist on key accounts under the guidance of senior account managers.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to service delivery.
- Work closely with broking and wordings teams to ensure seamless processes.
- Monitor PPWs and manage extension requests.
- Ensure all service level agreements and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
