Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brokers and account managers by producing slips, endorsements, and essential documentation.
  • Act as a point of escalation for colleagues within the team, and support the continual development of the Terrorism account management team.
  • Maintain accurate, consistent data on internal systems for workflow and reporting.
  • Collaborate with TSG and IBA teams to ensure timely invoicing, chase outstanding premiums, and facilitate insurer payments.
  • Review and send accurate documentation to clients.
  • Assist on key accounts under the guidance of senior account managers.
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to service delivery.
  • Work closely with broking and wordings teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • Monitor PPWs and manage extension requests.
  • Ensure all service level agreements and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
