Summary: Our client, a leading Global SaaS organization, is looking for a Partner Development Manager with a strong background in managing and growing SaaS partnerships, particularly with Agency Partners. The role requires a customer-focused and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new partners, driving go-to-market strategies, and enhancing partner engagement and performance. This position offers a long contract with the possibility of extension and is based in Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new SMB Digital Marketing Agencies into partner programs through targeted, proactive, high-touch approach
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth
  • Build effective relationships with partners to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
  • Contribute to partner new client acquisition strategy, leveraging software channels and assets
  • Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to managed partners
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in a SaaS or related industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems (preferred)
