Job Summary
The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the leadership team across Minster Law and their designated partners management teams to deliver against commercial and operational priorities and objectives and influence renewal and/or extension of mutually beneficial contracts. Support Minster Laws sales strategy, supporting the Director of Partnerships in servicing and developing existing, as well as on-boarding new distribution partners. Provide support for the management and development of new and existing relationships with our key distribution partners in insurance, to include ongoing management and development of the associated supply chain. Support with the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve performance targets maintain partner satisfaction and meet governance and control requirements and identify and realise opportunities for growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide effective support with account management to our distribution partners to deliver a high standard of service to their customers and help them achieve their commercial objectives. (Governance meetings).
- Monitor and analyse account and campaign performance and work with partners and the wider Minster Law business to ensure delivery against commercial and customer objectives.
- Work closely with both the operations and change teams to remove any process friction in relation to services provided to distribution partners.

- With support from the operation, proactively manage relationships with suppliers and other third parties, ensuring delivery against SLAs and all relevant quality standards.
- Support Managers in developing and executing strategic account plans for each key distribution partners, including internally agreed objectives and actions to retain and grow business and meet or exceed commercial and customer requirements.
- Support sales activity with potential distribution partners as required.
- Understand and interpret existing contractual agreements and provide/present MI and analysis to meet contractual obligations and developing the commercial value of accounts.
