Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality relationships with existing clients and retain current contracts.
  • Identify, verify, and secure new business from new customers.
  • Ensure quality customer service is delivered and annual sales targets are met.
  • Negotiate new and upsell business at desired profit margins.
  • Help mobilise contracts secured.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Produce cost estimates and sales documents to high standards.
  • Minimise outstanding debt on managed accounts.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in the Water Hygiene and/or Water Treatment industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Proven track record in a technical sales role (advantageous).
  • Experience with Strategic Selling techniques or Key Account Management (advantageous).
