Account Manager

Summary: The Account Manager role in Manchester involves managing bespoke retail campaigns for a global sports retail client on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Project lead in campaign management, safeguarding timelines, budgets, and installations.
• Updating and managing critical paths and WIP documents.
• Ensuring successful delivery of special execution campaigns across the client estate in the UK and EU.
• Managing financial aspects of account management including budgets and forecasts.
• Taking briefs from the client and managing projects from start to finish.
• Attending internal client meetings in an advisory role on creative and execution.
• Collaborating to ensure the correct vendors and partners are used for each project.
• Providing technical input and advice on campaigns.
• Briefing creative studio and delivering input on creative solutions and vision.
• Managing installations remotely via external installation teams.
• Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients.

Key Skills:

• Experience in management of special execution campaigns including windows and in-store deliverables.
• Knowledge of VM, POS, and 3D bespoke elements.
• Development of creative ideation (online/offline) experience.
• Experience in briefing creative studios and translating concepts into briefs.
• Technical print knowledge with understanding of different techniques.
• Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders.
• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign solutions.
