Summary: The Account Manager at Digital Natives is responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. This role acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing projects from briefing to completion while maintaining clear communication and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, fostering trusted relationships with clients and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from briefing through to completion
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget
- Coordinate internal teams and keep timelines clear and realistic
- Lead regular status calls and project meetings with clients and internal teams
- Keep briefs and deliverables on track, flagging risks early and adjusting plans where needed
- Draft clear internal briefs that set teams up for success
- Anticipate risks and solve problems with the support of the senior team before they affect delivery
- Ensure campaigns meet agreed objectives and KPIs
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for your clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships through clear and proactive communication
- Translate client needs into clear internal briefs
- Guide clients through feedback and decision-making processes
- Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Manage smaller project scopes
- Track hours and resource allocation against plans
- Ensure work delivers value for clients
- Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with creative, strategy and social teams to deliver strong outcomes

- Oversee day-to-day work of Account Executives/ SME / Community Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, solutions-focused Account Manager to lead client relationships and make sure great work gets delivered, smoothly, on time, and with impact. This role is the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. You’ll guide projects from brief to delivery, keep communication clear and proactive, and ensure everyone knows what’s happening and when. You’ll balance people, timelines and budgets while helping clients get the most value from our work and helping our team do their best work. You’ll succeed here if you’re someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys building trusted relationships, and feels just as comfortable talking about ideas as you do managing budgets and schedules.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading Projects & Campaign Delivery
