Summary: The role of Account Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Derby, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work with a global leader in the food service industry, focusing on maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM system effectively.
  • Learn and develop proficiency in Greentree software.
  • Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, to support role execution.
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives for informed decision-making.
  • Adapt proactively to technological changes and other challenges.
  • Drive personal success and motivation in achieving sales targets.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM system.
  • Experience in identifying upselling opportunities.
