Onsite Account Manager

Location: Redditch

Salary: £30,000 £32,000 Dependent on experience plus commission

Hours: 05 30 with 1 hour lunch but flexibility is key! Some days may be shorter, others longer depending on business needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to contact for your clients planning your day around their needs and jumping into action as priorities shift.
  • Kickstart each day in our team huddle sharing client updates and planning the day ahead.
  • Attend regular review meetings with clients to identify improvements and maximise opportunities.
  • Write eye-catching job adverts and use creative tools to attract top talent.
  • Lead from the front managing large volumes of temporary workers, running inductions, and ensuring performance standards stay high.
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end from sourcing and screening to placements and check-ins.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence to monitor attendance, support retention, and keep teams motivated.
  • Handle queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure everything is compliant with recruitment regulations.
