The Role
As Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of FM services across the site, ensuring excellent operational performance and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day FM service delivery across the data centre.
- Leading and supporting engineering and facilities teams.
- Managing PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors.
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and client requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing budgets, costs and additional works.
- Producing reports and attending client meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Ensuring the site is maintained to a consistently high standard.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Account Manager / Contract Manager within FM
- Strong hard FM / M&E background
- Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
- Experience within a data centre or critical environment would be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
