Project / Account Manager



Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project / Account Manager to join a leading FM & building services provider in Bognor Regis.



You will play a vital part in overseeing projects from the design phase through to handover.



This is a full time 12 Month FTC, paying up too  65,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance.



Key Responsibilities of the Project / Account Manager:




  • Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals

  • Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins

  • To deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.

  • To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.  

  • To build strong relationships with sub-contractors, in particular preferred suppliers, to ensure cost effective solutions. 

  • Development of project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.

  • Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability.

  • Deliver projects with full accountability 



Essential experience the Project / Account Manager would need:




  • Strong client facing and customer services skills with the ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements

  • Need to have a track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership.

  • Project Management & Account Management experience
