Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to sales partners with a focus on strategy and deployment, including effective communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Sharing expertise in payroll principles and resolving challenging customer queries with empathy and problem-solving strategies.
- Acting as a consultant to Accounting partners, uncovering customer pain points and matching offerings as solutions.
- Supporting the team with accounting knowledge and expertise alongside payroll support.
Key Skills:
- Accounting or bookkeeping and Payroll membership (e.g., ACCA, ICB, or CIPP).
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of payroll and accounting.
- Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
- Knowledge of accountancy firm environments, workflows, and expected challenges.
- Effective time management across multiple tasks.
