Summary: The Account Manager (Payroll & Accounting) role at a global technology company involves providing specialized support to Accounting partners, focusing on payroll and accounting knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to sales partners with a focus on strategy and deployment, including effective communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sharing expertise in payroll principles and resolving challenging customer queries with empathy and problem-solving strategies.
  • Acting as a consultant to Accounting partners, uncovering customer pain points and matching offerings as solutions.
  • Supporting the team with accounting knowledge and expertise alongside payroll support.

Key Skills:

  • Accounting or bookkeeping and Payroll membership (e.g., ACCA, ICB, or CIPP).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Understanding of payroll and accounting.
  • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
  • Knowledge of accountancy firm environments, workflows, and expected challenges.
  • Effective time management across multiple tasks.

Salary (Rate): 220.00
