Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and operations of major payment partner accounts to ensure seamless delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage short- to mid-term projects focused on process optimisation and operational efficiency, both internally and externally.
  • Run day-to-day operations for key partner accounts, providing insights through regular reporting and recommending enhancements to commercial processes.
  • Take ownership of a secondary task within the FinTech Partnerships team, such as incident management, CRM administration and optimisation, or stakeholder management and knowledge sharing.
  • Address and track operational incidents with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Identify and implement optimisation opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Finance, and Treasury.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, clarifying complex topics and ensuring smooth communication and resolution pathways.

Key Skills:
