Summary: The Account Management and Onboarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences for the Constellation Automotive Group's digital vehicle imagery platform. This position involves onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and contacts.
  • Support our established sales team in maintaining and managing the onboarding experience.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the collection of customer reviews to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Manage change requests within established frameworks to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support projects with internal teams to ensure successful delivery to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with service delivery teams to maintain an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and wiki resources.

  • Experience of working within an account management role, we can teach you the industry.
  • Some commercial experience or working successfully with customer services, sales or account management teams.
  • Experienced at forming strong and trusted relationships with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Commercial experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Full driving license.

Account Management and Onboarding Specialist – 12-Month FTC Hybrid – Working from home with occasional travel (2-3 times per month) £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + benefits 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
