Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on target accounts and key stakeholders across EMEA
  • Identify decision-makers and key contacts within customer organisations
  • Gather and maintain company intelligence (structure, industry, size, key initiatives)
  • Support account-based sales activity through high-quality research
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness across systems
  • Support reporting and basic dashboard activity
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using online tools and platforms
  • Support sales teams with targeted research and contact identification
  • Assist with outreach preparation where required
  • Provide structured account intelligence to sales teams
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives with relevant data and insights
  • Assist with general sales operations and administrative tasks

Key Skills:

Our client is a global technology organisation operating across international markets, supporting businesses in delivering and optimising digital experiences at scale. They are seeking an Account Intelligence Specialist (German Speaking) to join their UK-based team, supporting sales operations, account research and CRM/data management activity across EMEA accounts.

You will play a key role in supporting sales and marketing teams by building accurate account intelligence, maintaining CRM data and helping identify opportunities across target accounts. This role requires fluency in German, as you will be supporting German-speaking regions and accounts as part of a wider EMEA remit.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Research & Intelligence
