Summary: The Account Executive role at an award-winning healthcare communications agency involves supporting the client services team in managing accounts and projects to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for allocated clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Attend client meetings and take clear, concise meeting minutes for effective project follow-up
  • Ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client’s vision and objectives
  • Create budget estimates, scopes of work and time summaries for client projects
  • Monitor and reconcile time and budgets
  • Be solution-focused and stay proactive in supporting more senior team members in addressing any client challenges that may arise
  • Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to resolve project-related issues, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Develop project timelines, monitor and communicate key dates and any changes to all stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met
  • Manage individual projects from concept to completion with support from senior team members
  • Ensure all relevant teams receive a thorough brief on project details
  • Follow and complete the quality review process for all projects
  • Monitor and manage print requests, coordinating with internal teams and updating clients on progress
  • Assist in the development of project proposals
  • Provide administrative support to the client service team and wider company as needed
  • Help create a positive and supportive team atmosphere by staying upbeat, working collaboratively, and encouraging a culture of respect and open communication

As Account Executive, you'll support the client services team with the day-to-day running of accounts and projects, helping to exceed client expectations.
