  • Translate retailer and customer requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Drive pace across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative and Client Leadership to deliver best-in-class work
  • Manage external partners, including artwork production, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working as the team continues to evolve
  • Use data and insight to measure performance and optimise future activity
  • Build strong knowledge of the client’s business, category and competitive landscape
  • Own project timelines, budgets and financial tracking
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, estimating and invoicing
  • Maintain strong oversight across multiple workstreams

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience at Account Director level (or strong Senior AM ready to step up)
  • Strong background in shopper marketing / retail / FMCG
  • Deep understanding of UK grocery and convenience landscape
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace

2 Month Contract £375 per day, Inside IR35 ASAP Start We’re looking for an Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step, to join the Mars Wrigley Snacking team, playing a key role in driving high-quality, fast-paced delivery across shopper marketing, customer activation and retail media (including dcom). This is a hands-on leadership role, owning day-to-day client relationships, driving projects end-to-end, and ensuring work lands to a consistently high standard across multiple workstreams. You’ll bring strong experience across UK grocery and convenience retail, with the ability to translate retailer and client expectations into clear, actionable briefs and seamless execution.
