Summary: The Account Director role focuses on managing and expanding key account relationships within a leading brand activations and motorsports event agency. This strategic position involves overseeing production and ensuring high-quality experiential events while supporting the Senior Account Director in business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background and experience in motorsports marketing and event production. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

With a pedigree in delivering brand activations, brand partnerships and live events for a myriad of sporting events, this agency is a leader in the industry. Working with brands on a global scale, they curate VIP guest experience programmes, corporate hospitality and track side experiences with the highest quality and service. Due to exciting client account wins this great company are growing their usually very stable team with this lovely Account Director role.
The role
As the Account Director you will take the lead on managing and growing key account relationships and supporting the Senior Account Director in seeking out new business opportunities. This is a strategic role where you will nurture, develop and grow accounts whilst overseeing the team to deliver a range of experiences and brand activations across worldwide motorsports events. As well as account growth this role with focus on overseeing production and a strong understanding of experiential and build / live event production is key.
About you
A strong agency background within client services roles and a proven background in growing accounts and revenue is essential for this role, alongside a good grounding in working for a motorsports focused marketing / events / production agency. A highly professional manner with the ability to communicate with C-suite and VVIPs is key for this role, additional languages would be a huge bonus!
