Key Responsibilities:
- Owning client relationships at a senior level - trusted advisor, not just account handler
- Championing creative quality control across all aspects of creative (digital, video and print) output
- Ensuring production of digital and video concepts is accurately cost estimated and realistic timing plans agreed with client
- Spotting growth opportunities and turning them into real revenue
- Leading and developing a team of account handlers
- Keeping senior leadership informed and involving them at exactly the right moments
- Contributing to new business pitches and identifying networking opportunities across the group
Key Skills:
- Solid agency-side experience (client-side exposure is a bonus)
- Understanding of regulated industries - financial services knowledge and experience is essential
- Ability to evaluate creative work with authority and empathy

The role
This is a rare and brilliant opportunity for a confident, experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager ready to take that next step up or a newly promoted AD. As Account Director, you'll be the senior point of contact for your clients and the driving force behind the quality and direction of their accounts. You'll take ownership of client relationships, lead a team, and ensure the work delivered is always strategic, on brief and on budget. This is a role that demands both commercial acumen and creative instinct, someone who can think big picture while keeping a close eye on the detail. You'll collaborate across departments, manage upwards and downwards with ease, and be a trusted voice for both your clients and your agency team.
