Role Description

We are on the search for an Account Director to join the team in supporting on a long-term project. The Account Director will lead and manage a core client account, acting as a key point of contact for maintaining a strong client relationship. Daily responsibilities include overseeing account activities, guiding cross-functional teams and deliverables, ensuring the successful delivery of projects (short-term and long-term), project planning, and achieving client satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic direction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an Account Management position within the Luxury Brand and/or Luxury Residential sectors, including managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations. Effective Team Management and Team Leadership skills to drive excellence and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ensure successful completion of high-quality projects. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Management of deliverables including but not limited to print, film, photography.
