Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent events across Europe, from planning through to on-site execution
- Act as the senior client contact, building strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Oversee agency commercials, including profitability, resource tracking, and budget management
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage complex event pipelines, balancing multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
- Serve as an escalation point for issues, ensuring delivery excellence and identifying growth opportunities within the account
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as an Account Director (or equivalent) within an events or marketing agency environment
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex events programmes end-to-end
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, profitability, and client accounts
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different timelines and geographies
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
- Additional European language skills (e.g. German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) are advantageous

The role will act as the senior client lead, overseeing end-to-end event delivery while managing commercial performance and stakeholder relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, including Account Managers, and senior client stakeholders across multiple regions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
