Summary: The Account Coordinator (AC) plays a crucial role in the execution and operational success of B2B and ABM campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and optimization. This position involves collaboration with Account Managers, Traders, and AdOps globally, with a focus on DSP platforms and account-based targeting strategies. The role is based in the UK and reports directly to the Senior Account Manager for UK accounts, functioning as a Contractor position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own setup for B2B / ABM campaigns
- Validate IOs, targeting, assets, and timelines
- Manage campaigns in internal systems
- Support setup and QA within DSP platforms
- Assist with audience uploads and targeting validation
- Ensure campaigns align with ABM strategy
- Monitor pacing multiple times per week
- Flag risks early
- Support optimization including creative swaps and audience updates
- Ensure reporting tools populate accurately
- Pull performance data and screenshots
- Identify basic trends and support insights
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and assets
- Manage revisions within SLAs
- Support billing accuracy with Finance
Key Skills:
- 1–3 years in digital media or programmatic, specifically supporting B2B / ABM accounts
- Exposure to DSPs
- Familiarity with B2B or ABM concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organization

About the Role

The AC works closely with Account Managers, Traders, and AdOps (located globally) with exposure to DSP platforms and account-based targeting strategies. This role will based in the UK, reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager of UK based accounts and is a Contractor position.
