Summary: The Accommodation Support Worker at Thirteen Group will provide essential support to ex-offenders in securing and maintaining stable accommodation across the Tees Valley area. This fixed-term role, funded by the Ministry of Justice, aims to help individuals break the cycle of re-offending by offering personalized assistance in both community and custody settings. The position requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients. The role is set to last until December 2025, covering maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a caseload of ex-offenders in the Tees Valley area to secure and maintain suitable and settled accommodation.
- Help individuals source, secure, and sustain accommodation while providing necessary skills and support.
- Enable service users to overcome barriers to sustaining accommodation and build life skills.
- Provide personalized support in both custodial and community settings, including HMP Holme House and HMP Kirklevington.
- Deliver high levels of performance to achieve positive outcomes and meet contractual requirements.
Key Skills:
