Summary: The Academic Quality Officer at GBS will play a crucial role in supporting the Academic Standards and Quality Office to uphold academic integrity and quality assurance across various programmes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent application of partner and GBS quality policies.
  • Produce high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Support audits, assessment processes and student casework procedures.
  • Drive enhancements through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as secretary to GBS boards and committees, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Deliver data-driven reports, analysing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategic decision-making.

About the Role: As an Academic Quality Officer, you will support the Academic Standards and Quality Office in ensuring that GBS, and its awarding partners uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, compliance, and quality assurance. You’ll help implement and monitor quality systems and policies across our programmes, produce high-quality reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience.
