Summary: We are looking for a 3rd Line Apple Mac Engineer with active SC clearance to join a specialist IT services provider in Westminster, London. The role involves providing advanced technical support and contributing to transformative government IT projects focused on secure digital workplaces. The position requires expertise in Apple Mac systems and Unified Endpoint Management. This is a hybrid working role with a contract duration of over six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for Apple Mac systems
  • Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) using Jamf Pro and Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch)
  • Project work across cyber security, hardware refresh, and system integration

Key Skills:

  • Advanced experience with Jamf Pro - bonus points for Jamf 200/300 certifications
  • Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrolment (ADE/DEP), and VPP
  • Proven expertise with macOS troubleshooting and Apple device management
  • Proficient in Bash Scripting
  • Ideally you will also have experience with Workspace ONE/WS1 (formerly AirWatch)

We are seeking a 3rd Line Apple Mac Engineer (SME level) with active SC clearance to join a specialist End User Compute (EUC) IT services provider. You'll play a key role in modernising secure digital workplaces for high-profile UK Central Government organisations.

As a Mac expert you will contribute to transformative government IT projects, with a focus on OS support, software deployment, and device security.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for Apple Mac systems
