Summary: The role of 3rd Line Engineer involves providing advanced technical support with a focus on Exchange, hybrid-cloud migrations, and various Microsoft technologies. This is an initial 3-month contract based in South London, with the possibility of extension. The position requires a minimum of three days per week on-site work. Candidates should possess extensive experience in relevant technologies and ideally have a background in local government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd Line support for technical issues
- Manage and support MS Exchange environments
- Oversee hybrid-cloud migrations
- Implement and support Proofpoint solutions
- Administer M365 and Intune
- Work with Azure/AVD and AWS technologies
- Collaborate with local government entities, if applicable
Key Skills:
- Experience as a 3rd Line Engineer
- Proficiency in MS Exchange
- Knowledge of hybrid-cloud migrations
- Experience with Proofpoint
- Familiarity with M365
- Understanding of Intune
- Experience with Azure/AVD
- Knowledge of AWS
- Experience working within Local Government (ideally)

Initial 3 month contract (chance to extend) - £400-£450 per day (inside IR35) - 3 days per week on site from South London office (non-negotiable)
Our South London client have an immediate requirement for a 3rd Line Engineer to join on an initial 3-month interim basis. There is scope to extend the contract beyond the 3 month period.
We are looking for level 3 engineers, with vast experience of Exchange, Hybrid-cloud migrations, Proofpoint, M365, Intune, Azure/AVD and AWS
The role is 3 days per week on site minimum.
