2x Project Managers - Outside IR35

Summary: We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to oversee priority internal projects in Reading and the Southwest. The role demands hands-on leadership and a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts, along with the ability to coach in-house teams in complex commercial environments. Immediate engagement is available for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of front-runner internal projects
• Coach and support internal project teams
• Navigate NEC4 contract frameworks and manage associated challenges
• Ensure commercial outcomes are achieved, including some capital works
• Support product development integration into project delivery
• Travel between Aldermaston, Bristol, and South Wales sites as required

Key Skills:

• Proven project management experience in high-stakes environments
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts - aware of pitfalls and challenges
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commercially proficient with experience in capital project delivery
• Skilled at coaching and influencing internal teams
• Background in product development or technically complex project domains
• DV clearance is required
