Summary: A leading Investment Bank is seeking two PMO Analysts to join their EMEA Business Change team, focusing on governance and administration of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role supports the IT projects portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Candidates should have proven experience in financial administrative processes within IT project environments, ideally in investment banking or financial services. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office, with an initial contract duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support governance and administration of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Manage portfolio governance, maintain RAID logs, and produce dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, acting as a liaison between Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, and other affiliates.
  • Facilitate meetings and drive best practices.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Confluence, Monday.com, and Ivalua.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience supporting Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong background in financial administrative processes within IT project environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of project governance and change management methodologies.
