To support this work, we are looking for two HR Advisors to join our HR Team on fixed-term contracts till the end of 2026. This role will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all operational HR support is provided to the highest standard to all levels of LCM staff and leaders within their allocated patch. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing an excellent HR service. This includes managing recruitment campaigns, advising line managers, case work, updating the HR Information System, responding to enquiries from managers and employees, ensuring that HR information is prepared and provided for monthly payroll runs and on-boarding new staff. There will also be opportunities to take forward HR projects to improve the way we do things and enhance our offering. We welcome applications from candidates with previous experience in a HR role with a full or part-CIPD qualification at Level 5 (or equivalent).
