Key Responsibilities:
- Support, manage, and configure Juniper SRX and MX routers within a live BAU environment.
- Handle escalations from 1st line, provide technical guidance, and work closely with 3rd line engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Incident management, fault diagnosis, change implementation, and support for project activities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and skills uplift across the 2nd line team.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Juniper SRX and MX platforms, including strong CLI skills.
- Solid knowledge of BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, and PKI.
- Experience working in a 24/7 NOC or WAN operations environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across routing and switching technologies.
