This is a fantastic 2nd Line Support Engineer contract opportunity to join a leading Liverpool based tech company.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer contract role is Hybrid with 3, sometimes 4 days per week onsite in the central Liverpool office and is Outside IR35
As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be working in a Windows, MS365 environments with an in depth Knowledge of Windows 10 and 7 as well as Microsoft Office 365 being essential. As Service Desk Support Engineer, Active Directory and usual experience with laptops and mobile devices are essential as is some exposure to Azure. As Second Line Support Engineer experience of Firewalls, Security Active Directory Migrations, SCCM or SQL Server as all desirable but not essential. As Second Line Support Engineer Financial service, banking or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
