Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar 2nd Line role.
  • Technical proficiencies in M365/O365, Windows OS, Linux (Ubuntu), AD/EntraID, Group Policy, and Linux OS administration.
  • Experience with device build, scripting, configuration management, TCP/IP, and DNS.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.

IT Support Engineer (Windows/Linux)

We are looking to speak with 2 nd Line Support Engineers with experience of supporting Linus and WIndows devices.

This role is focused on EUC Support so you don t have to have experience with the Server side but you will be asked to troubleshoot and fix 2 nd Line issues with Windows and Linux endpoints.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and supporting both Operating Systems and be available to be on site 5 days per week in London.
