Summary: The role of 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst involves providing support within a busy IT Service Desk environment. The position is based in York with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days on-site each week. This is a 6-month contract classified as inside IR35. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting various IT issues across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience of working within 1st line support
  • Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
  • Working in large scale, multi-site environments
  • Windows 10 support in a domain environment
  • Hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting and support
  • Active Directory/Azure Active Directory administration
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks
  • Office 365 administration, troubleshooting and support
  • Azure Intune troubleshooting and support
  • VPN troubleshooting and support
