We are currently recruiting for our 2026 Trainee Solicitor Programme. As a Trainee Solicitor you'll have the opportunity to discover which areas of law interest and engage you most. Some people are born litigators, others love the dynamics of a commercial deal and some absorb themselves in employment law or restructuring. Our Trainee Solicitor Programme is designed to encourage and develop every person's unique qualities. All of our Trainee Solicitors work within our main departments: Corporate Disputes & Investigations Finance Real Estate Requirements We are looking for candidates who have the drive to succeed as top class lawyers and become future leaders of our firm. Whilst an undergraduate degree in law is not a prerequisite, candidates need to demonstrate academic achievement and experience relevant to a career in the legal sector. Candidates intending on following the IPLS route will also need to evidence that they have completed the core law modules required by Law Society of Northern Ireland.
