Summary: The role of Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM) involves leading the implementation of ServiceNow modules, focusing on IT Service Management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ITSM implementations, configuring and customising ServiceNow modules in line with best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and design sessions with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement workflows, Scripting, automation, and configurations to support ITSM processes.
• Have a strong understanding and experience in platform configurations, upgrades, and plugins, ensuring system integrity and security.
• Test and troubleshoot ServiceNow functionality to guarantee stability, performance, and compliance.
• Provide post-implementation support, documentation, and user training to ensure successful adoption.

Key Skills:

• Active SC clearance (or eligibility to obtain SC clearance).
• Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations, with documented evidence of previous projects.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
• Foundation-level expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including system administration, platform configuration and management, upgrades, plugins, and integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, process automation, and customisation.
• Solid knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
