Summary: The role of 1st/2nd Line Support Technician involves providing comprehensive IT support, including service desk and application support within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This is a 3-month contract position based in Bristol, with potential for hybrid working arrangements later. The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately or on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues for a specific client.
- Provide in-house and remote support to users in a service desk manner.
- Support users with Active Directory, O365, and Intune.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Windows OS support.
- Ability to perform hardware fixes (e.g., printers, laptops).
