Summary: The role of 1st/2nd Line Support Technician involves providing comprehensive IT support, including service desk and application support within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues for a specific client.
  • Provide in-house and remote support to users in a service desk manner.
  • Support users with Active Directory, O365, and Intune.
