1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, £240 per day inside IR35

3 months initially, Chelmsford & London

Bench IT require an experienced 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite full time onsite, this will be in rotation between Chelmsford & the City of London to provide first in class IT Service Desk Support. The client are looking for the successful candidate to convert from contract to permanent employment.

Please note due to the nature of this role working full time onsite is mandatory.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience providing IT support and exceptional user experience
• Windows 10/11
• Office 365 suite
• Active Directory
• Experience providing 1st & 2nd Line Service Desk support
• Excellent communication skills
