Summary: The Senior Web Producer will join the EMEA Web Production team to lead high-profile digital projects, ensuring quality delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with digital marketing managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences across regional websites. The ideal candidate will have extensive web production experience and a strong understanding of digital tools and processes. The position emphasizes innovation, organization, and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on high profile production projects, ensuring quality of delivery and giving visibility of timelines to relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to jump in to prioritise & cover day-to-day updates for team members.
- Briefing and coordination of external digital production partner to deliver high quality demand generation campaigns.
- Act as point of contact for any digital production process/knowledge queries.
- Work with PMO to streamline workflows to allow effective capacity and resource planning.
- Partner with Regions, Digital team & Project Management team to create quarterly digital plans.
- Scope projects aligned with regional needs and plan/prioritise their completion on the roadmap.
- Build close relationships with regional managers to understand local needs.
- Review, evaluate and document web production process to ensure speed of delivery in region.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to explore and share findings as well as standard methodologies to allow continual improvement.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of web production experience in multi-region role.
- Proven experience with content management systems (Adobe AEM), analytics tools (Adobe Analytics), and project management software (Workfront).
- Comfortable in digital production processes and tools.
- Use of digital experience intelligence and analytics tools (such as Content Square, Hotjar etc.) to influence page templates & component design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate others on multiple projects and tasks.
- Experience using Project Management Software (Jira, Workfront, Trello, Asana etc.) to deliver global web projects as well as day-to-day updates.
- A problem solver who proposes innovative solutions, process improvements and delivers against tight deadlines.
- Organised, accountable and pays close attention to detail.
