Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing HV operational activities across WTG systems including switching, isolations, earthing, and re-energisation
- Defining and maintaining safety standards in line with permit-to-work systems (PTWs, SFTs, LOAs)
- Collaboration with OEMs, client representatives, and offshore teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Supporting commissioning, fault response, and ongoing operational performance across the wind farm
- Defining and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment offshore
Key Skills:
- Proven experience operating as a 161kV WTG Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
- Strong HV experience (161kV+) within offshore wind environments
- Experience working on Siemens Gamesa turbine platforms
- Confidence working within strict safety rules and permit systems
- Strong communication skills across offshore teams
- Higher voltage qualified personnel highly desirable

We are looking for experienced 161kV WTG Senior Authorised Persons (SAP) to join major offshore wind projects. The business is looking for multiple SAPs to support long-term offshore developments. The reason for the role is simply project growth.
The business is supporting large-scale offshore wind farms in Taiwan and requires experienced HV professionals to support ongoing construction, commissioning, and operational phases. These projects are recognised globally and are being delivered to the highest safety and engineering standards.
The company delivers complex offshore wind solutions, supporting the global transition to renewable energy through high-value, large-scale infrastructure projects.
We are looking for someone who is confident working in a structured offshore environment. You may already be operating as a 161kV SAP or be an experienced HV AP looking to step up into a senior authorised role. You will need to have strong offshore HV experience and be comfortable working within strict safety and permit systems.
