  • Provide support and guidance to Sales and Marketing team members on the use of systems and tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or user support requests.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations.

Salary : Up to £40K per annum

Working Hours : Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm

Benefits: Holidays – 25 days as standard plus 8 bank holidays

General overview: We’re looking for an analytical, energetic individual with a genuine passion for marketing, to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is commercially driven, curious, and motivated by positive business outcomes. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and leveraging marketing data from a variety of sources to drive informed decision-making and optimise marketing strategies across our product portfolio. The Marketing Analyst supports the work of the Marketing department by organising the various marketing technology systems the department is responsible for, such as the e-commerce platform, CRM system, and product database. They work closely with external contracted teams to ensure solutions and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
